When can I take the entrance exam for AY 2021-2022, 1st sem?

No entrance exam for Academic Year 2021-2022, 1st semester. Student-applicants will be evaluated based on their submitted academic credentials:

  • Form 138 – for SHS and JHS old curriculum graduates
  • TOR / Copy of Grades – For college transferees

When is the official start of college enrollment for AY 2021-2022, 1st sem?

For Academic Year 2021-2022, 1st semester, the enrollment will start on April 15, 2021.

How much is the tuition and miscellaneous fees?

Our tuition fee is Php 950.00/unit and misc fee depends on the granted scholarship. We also have various scholarship programs. Be a Westmead Scholar and get a degree of your choice.

How can I apply for scholarship at WIS?

Gawad Kabataan scholarship program is exclusive for incoming freshmen, graduates of SHS and JHS Old Curriculum. You will be enjoying 100% full discount on your tuition fee. Transferees may apply for Partial scholarship program once you had finished the enrollment procedures.

What institutional scholarship programs do you offer?

  • Stipend of Php 1,500/month

Qualifications

  • SHS Valedictorian (With highest honor) of at least 200 SHS graduates
  • Maintaining grade of at least 88 in all subjects and GWA of at least 92 per semester
  • No Failing Grade (F), Dropped (DRP) and/or Incomplete (INC) grades
  1. WASTFI Full Scholarship Grant
  • Scholarship Grant value Php 2,450.00/semester
  • Maintaining Grade of 80% per subject
  • No Failing Grade (F), Dropped (DRP) and/or Incomplete (INC) grades

Qualifications

  • GWA of at least 89% during SHS/JHS (old curriculum)
  • Major subjects during high school must be 85% and above

– Medical Results (Chest X-Ray, Urinalysis, Fecalysis, Blood Type)

– Certificate of Ranking (For Top 5 SHS Graduates of at least 200 ONLY)

 

  1. For Transferees:

– Certificate of Eligibility to Transfer

– Transcript of Records / Copy of Grades

– PSA Birth Certificate

– Certificate of Good Moral Character

– Recent 2×2 ID picture in WHITE background with NAME TAG

I don’t have all my admission documents yet. Can I still apply for enrollment at WIS?

Yes. You can still apply for enrollment provided that you we’re able to submit the following initial admission documents:

  1. For Incoming Freshmen (SHS & JHS Old Curriculum Graduates)

– PSA Birth Certificate

– Grade 11 Form 138

– Recent 2×2 ID picture in WHITE background with NAME TAG

  1. For Transferees

– TOR/Copy of Grades

– PSA

How much is the minimum down payment (D/P) to enroll at WIS for A.Y. 2021-2022, 1st semester?

For A.Y. 2021-2022, the minimum D/P to enroll is P4,000 pesos for incoming freshmen, transferees and old students

During regular classes do I have to be online every day?

No. WIS have both synchronous and asynchronous modes. If you can’t attend classes online, you can watch videos and view other lecture materials uploaded by your respective teachers in the Google classrooms.
